OKR-One was created in the hope of creating an affordable and simple OKR solution. There are already OKR solutions out there but they are overly complicated and expensive. We aim to solve OKR management for small companies that care about creating value.

OKR-One attempts to solve focus in companies by helping companies think about what really matters and should be prioritized. The key priorities in a company should always be clear. OKRs often end up being written in a spreadsheet at the begining of a quarter and forgotten in a spreadsheet at the end of the same quarter.

We aim to make lasting change happen in companies through clearly set Objectives that are easily measurable with Key Results. We don’t want OKRs to dictate everything in a company, lots of things are not easily operated through OKRs. We instead want OKRs to be core to creating change in a company.
